Marty, puppies and fools

I’m writing this on January 13 as a reflection on some of the things that are really present right now. Consider this a love letter to my future self from a part that is instantly folding into my past.

I love hockey. As an indulgence, before writing, I typically read an article or two about my favorite team - the Montreal Canadiens. They won last night. It was a gutsy victory. I like that they are a young team. I like how they play. Best of all I love their coach - Marty.
