Alo fiends.

It’s been a bit of a trip lately.

Sadly the experience has been akin to being on a cruise ship in the spring of 2020.

Nothing is going as I’ve imagined it might. Frustration, resentment, defeat and remorse have dominated my lived experience.

I resisted accepting the full reality of having wild wiring for a decade.

In that time, I constantly could not finish anything.

I’d love to be a writer or a speaker or someone important.

Hell, I’d love to be able to keep my therapy practice going, keep a job.

But no matter what I’ve done, I’ve fucked it all up somehow.

Finally I gave in and was fully tested.

A late in life adhd diagnosis regularly results in pretty profound depression.

This fool believed that he'd be remarkable enough to avoid getting smacked by the ugly reality of missed opportunities and thinking ‘what if’.

Unfortunately deep depressions are far too typical for those of us who’ve fallen through society’s cracks.
