You’ve got the flour.

You’ve got the water.

You’ve got the sugar.

You’ve got the yeast.

You even have a pinch of salt.

It’s all mixed up.

And yet.

And yet?

You don’t have bread yet.

What’s missing.

Time.

Let it rise.

Punch it down.

Repeat.

Bake for a bit.

Then let sit.

This goes for your career and relationships as well.

You’ve got the talent.

You’ve got the will.

You’ve got the hustle.

You’ve got the skill.

You know what you want.

You know the path there.

And yet.

And yet?

Things are not going the way you want them.

What’s missing?

Time.

When it comes to worries and strife?

Let them rise.

Then punch them down.

Repeat.

Bake for a bit.

The secret ingredients are T-n-T.

TNT?

Time and tolerance.
