A top ten list:

  1. Helps you find the humor in your therapist's hourly rates. When life gets tough, what better way to cope than laughing at the fact that your therapy sessions cost more than your monthly rent?

  2. Boosts self-esteem by giving you a false sense of accomplishment. Who needs real accomplishments when you can pat yourself on the back for making a snappy Top Ten List instead?

  3. Allows you to procrastinate productively. Why waste time on mindless social media scrolling when you can waste time on mindless Top Ten List reading? It's like self-improvement with a side of distraction!

  4. Gives you an excuse to laugh at your problems instead of addressing them. Nothing says "I'm dealing with my issues head-on" like sharing a hilarious meme instead of actually…
