or a foolish expert,

which would you prefer?

the world seems more attracted to the foolish expert,

confident and certain

they were the top of their class

they competed

they won

they made the fewest mistakes.

they became terrible at being wrong

so much so that over time their ‘oopsie’ spring had rusted completely away.

a whole lot is at stake when you’ve built a reputation on your ability to be ‘correct’.

It’s a dominance thing. You probably have met a lot of ‘narcissist’ in your life who accuse you of projection. Well done. Here’s a cookie.

Then there’s the expert fools

they were the screw ups

they had some places they could shine

but in a whole lot more places they struggled

life for them has been a series of pratt falls

somehow, one cat ass trophy after another they have managed to navigate this odd, complex existence.

These screw ups are experts as well.

They are excellent at smashing into failure.

They thrive with novelty, questions and experimentation.

They are the top top at it depen…
