That voice in your head when you’re doing something that you’re proud of?

That is very likely your hero story. It’s always there. People are pretty biased towards themselves and the good they bring to the world.

Sadly though, if there’s a hero story there, there’s a victim one as well.

And if there’s a victim one, you likey have a villain story as well.

That’s who you don’t want to be.

That’s the person to avoid, the person that you despise.

Funny enough, you play all three of those roles sometime.

Which of these stories can you notice?

Which are the loudest to you?

Which way do yo avoid seeing yourself the most?

How could allowing yourself to see yourself this way or behave this way change improve your life?

I’ve been called impulsive, irrational and mean in the past. I used to balk at that accusation. Lately though I’ve changed.
