This is a post for a sunny new Sunday.

Ideally for a late morning coffee washed in the warmth of a sunbeam dancing with dust.

The end of and beginning of the week.

Sunday’s are great days for late start lattes.

Sunday morning is my favorite time to sigh.

A sigh is so refreshing.

Take a moment - do one.

Yeah. ahhhhhh.

Refreshing right?

Sundays linger, but a sigh is refreshing.

The most refreshing thing about a new day, is that the new day is just that - an new day.

Every new day, every new moment - heck with each breath, we get a fresh new chance to make something.

Though not much would get done if all we did were to linger and reflect on the pleasure that comes from a sigh.

But hey, it’s Sunday.

(do another one - you know - a long satisfying yawn - you know, that yawn you make with the cute sound1 at the end or another big deep sigh)

But with each breath, you have a chance to make something. If you did the sigh thing, you made something. You made yourself more relaxed than before. Or maybe no…
