My favorite artists are street performers.
Building an audience, gathering a crowd is usually sixty to seventy five percent of the act. I always had my favorite act.
My favorite at? I loved the wire walkers. They could assemble a high wire on the street and build a crowd doing it.
Though I loved how they would make the crowd necessary for the performance, their skill is always intoxicating.
They are doing things we can’t do. We watch something that is improbable, almost impossible before our very eyes.
How long can they maintain this? It looks so easy and yet..
What impossible thing can you do? You see, impossible is relational. That perfectly balanced wire walker may be very unbalanced in their personal relationships?
What is something that you know that you’re good at, where you can amaze people?
What ridiculous foolish thing are you willing to try?
How can you dazzle them with the build up to your brilliance?
How do you keep them coming back?
