After a week away visiting my mother in law and working on her house I landed back in reality.

Home.

The list.

All of the things.

The work.

The yard.

The chickens.

The bike.

The family.

The activities.

Reality can be really overwhelming.

What to do?

Panic and get manic for at least a couple of days.

Training for the next epic ride with Zeke.

200 miles in 24 hours.

And hopefully some of that training spills over into all of the other overwhelming stuff.

Being overwhelmed is a pain in the arse, riding a long distance gives you a sore arse.

Either way, it’s a bummer.

Enjoy the bumps, they’ll make the piles more majestic when the explode.
