It’s after two in the morning. I can’t sleep. I’ve had this story inside me for a couple of days now. It’s part of the book. Well. It is the book - The Book of Wrong Answers. It’s feisty. It wants to come out but has been hiding on me for a while.
Last week, this bit started showing up in a notepad, but was still resistant. I wanted to bring it to you yesterday but the damn thing hid on me and I ended up writing about crows again. Dang.
I’m not giving up this time.
They say that when it comes to moving forward, the right answer is to stick with it, preserver and that sort of stuff. That’s the wisdom of a common fool. Work longer, harder and with more rigour. That’s the right answer for all of the cute little achievers in the world. You know the types - the marathon runner sorts, the yabo over motivated types with something to prove.
