Posthumous fools
Open to suggestions
In the quest to find the current World’s Biggest Fool, I’m planning granting posthumous fools award to some of the biggest fools in history.
Have any suggestions?
So far Leonardo di Vinci was nominated. The reason? He kept attempting the impossible. Because of this he was hugely innovative.
Next?
This guy:

Because:
Robert Maddox should get this award because he is bonkers. He makes MadMax machines and drives them... often filming himself with a selfie stick. He burns gas like there is no climate crisis for the joy of it. And. His beard.
This dude is absurd.
And living.
So, perhaps we can open this up to some living people too.
We can make them honorary members of The Remarkable Fools Society.
And perhaps, if I sell the million dollar joke, I can dedicate my life to finding and celebrating the most absurd humans I can find.
Think of it as a variation of Letterman’s Stupid Human Tricks - only delivered to you in the morning.
Or, perhaps this could be like morning rock radio hosts who try to hard to be funny by saying ignorant and offensive crap. Only this won’t be ignorant and offensive, or crappy.
I guess the only real similarity would be the first thing in the morning attempts at levity.
Think of it as morning rock radio only good and without the music and advertisements.
So yeah.
It’s a lot like morning rock radio because it arrives in the morning.
The rest of it is not similar at all.
You know how the old saying goes?
Analogies are more difficult than shampooing a porcupine and better than a face full of angry bees.
So, who are the fools in history who deserve to be honoured?
Why are they deserving?
Who alive today should I make an honorary member of The Remarkable Fools Society?
Why are they deserving?
Thanks for your time and attention to this very pressing matter.
