The last bit of the foolsletter has been quite fun for me.

Revisiting stories of odd gigs that turned into catastrophes and weird events that came from a place of love and support has been an interesting process. This process is one that has put me in touch with my favorite action hero.

He doesn’t really have super powers in the conventional Marvel / DC universe sense of things. He has a blue box (bigger on the inside), a screw driver (sonic) and the ability to interrupt death and regenerate himself in a new iteration.

Well. That last bit is pretty damn spectacular. As is his blue box. It’s not merely a blue box. It’s a time machine and space ship with its own sentient heart that powers it.

If you haven’t caught on, I’m talking about Dr. Who. More specifically, I’m talking about David Tennent as the Doctor. He’s my favourite iteration of this magnificent two hearted time lord.
