Even at the most basic level, we optimize.

Nasal congestion is a sub optimal respiratory pathway.

We optimize respiration by blowing our nose.

With an optimized nose, you can breathe more freely and are sensitize to the glories of life.

This seems like it could or should be a good thing,

Normally optimized respiration would be ideal.

Normally.

Situational awareness is essential

The next time you are considering optimizing your respiration by blowing your nose, make sure you're not doing it while taking a crap, lest you end up smelling more of yourself than you want to.

Love the people who love you.

And?

Optimize for the things that really matter.

Smell ya later.
