Have you been here? You’re engaging with someone and they point out that you seem ‘upset’, or ‘off’ or ‘angry’.
You’ve been on one side or another of a conversation like this one. Most common fools end up on both sides of this from time to time. Sure, there are days when you’re the one being noticed. There are days when we are the ones doing the noticing.
Far too often though, the more obtuse fools among us can see others in a noisy energetic state while at the same time, failing to recognize it in ourselves. A garden variety fool struggles to notice their noisy energy - even when it’s pointed out.
I wrote previously that we have more energy available to us than ever before. Given that we are composed of matter and matter is energy waiting to happen, it’s easy to see energy everywhere.
