Do you want to cure yourself of anxiety and insomnia?
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to drive projects through to their completion?
Perform physical labour to the point of exhaustion.
Anxiety and insomnia will be a thing of the past.
Hard physical work is nothing to fear.
Zeke and Jed know this. Their slogan of No dig, no ride, means if you don’t work on trails contributing labour, you shouldn’t really be riding them.
I tend to agree.
A pick is a cutting tool. Once you embrace that, you just shave away at dirt till you get a pile by your feet. Shovel that away and repeat.
Jed has been diggin trails in the woods for thirty years.
You need to get a rhythm to it. It’s all in your legs.
Jed digs regularly. He likes it when dirt looks pretty.
