This fool has often said that the machine thrives on your anger and rage

And today?

I fed the machine.

It’s odd.

Yesterday I did my first handyman job.

I still have the carcass of the dryer I removed in the bed of my truck. It’s a trophy from the first day on the hunt!

The work was nice. It was a fun challenge getting the dryer up the stairs through a tight space.

Even better though was connecting with and helping out a client be more comfortable in their home.

We chatted a while. She told me about her home and her children. She was kind.

Today I escaped my phone. I left it at home on the charger. I changed a toilet with my dad. I told my mom about the work I was doing.

She hugged me and told me she was proud of me.

I think the more I leave my phone on the charger the better I feel.
