This fool has often said that the machine thrives on your anger and rage
And today?
I fed the machine.
It’s odd.
Yesterday I did my first handyman job.
I still have the carcass of the dryer I removed in the bed of my truck. It’s a trophy from the first day on the hunt!
The work was nice. It was a fun challenge getting the dryer up the stairs through a tight space.
Even better though was connecting with and helping out a client be more comfortable in their home.
We chatted a while. She told me about her home and her children. She was kind.
Today I escaped my phone. I left it at home on the charger. I changed a toilet with my dad. I told my mom about the work I was doing.
She hugged me and told me she was proud of me.
I think the more I leave my phone on the charger the better I feel.
