Traction.

Whether it’s on a bike climbing a nasty, blown out hill or driving a car in the snow, traction is how we make progress.

Sometimes we even need to add a bit of grit to get our tires to bite.

We put down sand in order to get traction

Unless of course there’s to much sand and too much traction.

That happened to me once in the old hatchback.

I got stuck in some soft sand at the beach.

The more I spun my wheels, the deeper down I sank.

Yesterday, I had the distinct pleasure of spinning wheels around traction a lot of other dark stuff with Paul G Newton on his podcast.

You can listen to it here on Substack

It was a lot of fun connecting with him and talking about light and darkness and healing and humour.

His Substack can be found here and I suggest that you give him a follow.

I’m following him now and am happy that I did.

Stay foolish you fiends.
