We all have talents.

Some have the courage and compassion required to serve others.

There are those with grit, determination and the strength required to do the physically demanding tasks.

Then there are those blessed with the ability to endure torture and pain. Life would be much worse without the accountants.

Me?

I’m especially good at playing with myself.

Dogs

horses

balls

computers

console love?

books and drawings?

flow, lost in imagination?

Sure,

But for the love of burritos, go move your body.

Your ass is for more than excreting offense.

Give it a shake baby.

And your voice?

Play with that too.

How many different ways can you change the tone, the tempo or pitch?

How can you whisper, shout or scream.

Are you in a conflict?

Sing to yourself the things you would like to say but don’t have the courage. It’s soothing.

Sing those things over and over again.

(singing is all about repetition)

Eventually, you’ll have a sense of detached peace with regard to the person you’re fighting with.
