On the first wave I felt shaky. My knees actually wobbled a bit as it made my first turn.

On the second wave, I second guessed myself. It was a ride of doubt.

The third wave? By the third wave I found my feet. By the third wave I cackled, bubbled and shouted, echoing the roar of the ocean

When life takes over and we stop making time to play, it can be difficult to find out way back. Playing can feel uncomfortable. When we have goals or even closely looming deadlines, play can seem like a real frill.

Taking time to play can feel shaky. We doubt doubt ourselves - Do I really have time for this right now.

Once we start flowing though it’s difficult not to get swept up in the pleasure of the moment. And it difficult to quantify how fundamentally fantastic it is.

Go play.

Get lost in a moment.

Your goals are there.

Y’all need some time to love each other again.

Play will help.
