Common fools criticize athletes for being ‘overpaid’. I always chuckle at the this point of view. The arrogance to suggest that their perception of the virtue and value of an athlete is either 1: accurate, 2: enlightening or 3: impactful in any way, would be worthy of a chuckle if only there were something remarkable about this point of view.
