Final gun thoughts:

I’m someone who has shot a gun and I’ve shot my mouth off too.

The gun is truly violent.

The gun changes the physical state of things in an instant - alive or dead / intact or destroyed.

Alive or dead.

Shooting my mouth off?

I’ve said some vicious things. These things have been hurt people.

And?

Someone on the receiving end of some nasty words doesn’t typically fall down and bleed out.

I wish words actually were violence the way some claim.

If that had of been the case, all of those bullies back in the day - they’d be vapour.

Because while some people have a mouth like my old single shot shot gun, My mouth was like a rapid fire grenade launcher.

If words were violence, the way I knew how to use them, the bullies of my past would not be bullies.

Instead,

They’d be a fine, red mist.

Boom.
