The Foolsletter today was delayed.
I had an impromptu meeting with a bro in need of a kind ear, a sharp eye and a bit of duct tape. It went longer than expected.
Last night I had a hell of a dream. I was thrust into the driver seat of an overloaded mini van. Initially, I had a sense of control. I started it up, stepped on the brake, put it in gear then, with a push of the accelerator, off we went.
Somehow, through the magic of dreams, the van started to get away from me. I noticed that there was no room around my legs. They were pushed to the side with a big unknown bulk in the place where I wanted to put my feet. In reality? It was likely one of the dogs. In the dream however, things changed quickly.
Suddenly I was going faster and faster through fields filled with the people I love. I attempted to let of the gas and put my foot on the brake. That’s when I realized that I was in the third row of seats. The steering column was extended ten feet long. Th…
